Beef: We are under the strict supervision of The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations (OU), Rabbi Aaron Teitelbaum (Nirbater Rav) and Beit Yosef.

At Kosher4Less our products are held to the highest standards of Kashrut and quality. We understand the diverse and often complex dietary requirements of living a kosher lifestyle. Our products have met the requirements set forth by the bible in conjunction with the edicts of the Rabbis for proper food preparation, handling, supervision and when applicable, slaughter. The word Glatt, meaning smooth and referring to the lungs of slaughtered kosher animals is used in modern vernacular to denote a certain standard of Kashrut. We at Kosher4Less have made it a priority to only sell products, which fall into this category. This means that our Beef, Poultry, Venison, and Bison have all been slaughtered and prepared by means of Orthodox Shechitah and the requirements of Orthodox dietary laws.
