We guarantee that you'll always pay the exact price for the actual weight of your product chosen. Although we estimate the weight and therefore the price while you shop, on the day your order is prepared we weigh each item and determine the exact price.
To our national accounts we ship on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Local accounts are shipped Mon.-Thurs.
Our meat is freshly cut and then vacuum packed in an airtight plastic pouch whenever possible. This keeps the meat fresh for up to 3 weeks (at a setting of 38 degrees) in your refrigerator and for up to 9 months in your freezer.
All our frozen and/or perishable products are shipped with dry ice in Styrofoam boxes to maintain freshness.
